Plans differ by data-source capacity and operating features, not by the number of managed clients.
- Starter — $99/month: unlimited clients and reports, AI executive summaries, one PSA/RMM data source plus CSV, QBR decks and monthly reports, white-label branding, client share links, and PDF.
- Growth — $199/month: everything in Starter, up to five data sources, scheduled auto-delivery, and priority email support.
- Scale — $399/month: everything in Growth, up to 25 data sources, API access, team roles and audit log, and migration done for you.
Free plan
The free plan includes up to two clients, one data source, sample data, and full report generation with a small watermark. It has no card requirement or time limit; upgrade when it earns it.
Why flat pricing
Per-client pricing makes the reporting bill grow every time an MSP wins a deal. Under QBR Studio's model, the fiftieth client costs the same as the third: nothing.
Contracts, setup, and data sources
Plans are month-to-month and can be canceled from billing in one click. Annual billing with two months free is optional. One connected ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, or NinjaOne instance counts as a data source; CSV imports and sample data do not.
Keep recommendations reviewed and evidence explicit
QBR Studio computes service metrics and drafts client-facing summaries from connected data. Your MSP reviews the evidence, chooses every recommendation, and approves the final report before a client sees it.
