Terms of Service

Effective July 2026

1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of QBR Studio. By creating an account you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

2. The service

QBR Studio reads data from the tools you connect (read-only) and generates client-facing reports and pages. We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without an uptime guarantee unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Plans are month-to-month — no long-term contract and no setup fee. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice, effective at your next renewal.

4. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for your account credentials, for having the right to connect the tools and data you connect, and for what you publish. Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse the platform.

5. Your data

You own your data and your clients' data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you (store it, process it, generate reports, deliver them). Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Report accuracy

Metrics in reports are computed from the data your connected systems return; narrative summaries are AI-drafted from those figures for you to review and edit before you publish. You are responsible for reviewing a report before sending it to a client. We are not liable for decisions made from a report you published.

7. Termination

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk to the platform or other customers. On termination you can request an export of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; for material changes we'll notify account owners by email and update the effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
