The service and billing

QBR Studio reads connected-tool data through read-only integrations and generates client-facing reports and pages. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, without a long-term contract or setup fee.

• Cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Prices may change with notice, effective at the next renewal.
• The service is provided as-is without an uptime guarantee unless separately agreed in writing.

Your responsibilities and data

You are responsible for account credentials, the right to connect each tool and dataset, and what you publish. You own your data and your clients' data and grant QBR Studio only the limited rights needed to store, process, report on, and deliver it.

• Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, disrupt the platform, or reverse engineer it.
• Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Report accuracy

Report metrics are computed from connected-system data. Narrative summaries are AI-drafted from those figures for the user to review and edit before publication. The user is responsible for reviewing each report before sending it to a client.

Termination and liability

Users can close an account at any time. QBR Studio may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the terms or create risk. On termination, users can request an export as described in the Privacy Policy. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before a claim, and excludes indirect or consequential losses.

Changes and contact

Material changes are communicated to account owners by email and update the effective date. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms. Questions can be sent to support@qbrstudio.com.
