The unit that actually drives your bill
CloudRadial meters portal users, not managed clients. That is an unusual unit in MSP tooling and it changes which MSPs it suits. A shop with 25 clients averaging 40 seats is at roughly 1,000 portal users and stays comfortably inside a tier. A shop with a handful of large clients can cross a tier boundary on one new logo. Before you sign, count the seats you would actually enable, not the seats you support: portal users are people you invite, so the meter is partly under your control.
The two costs the monthly number hides
Both are published, both are easy to miss, and together they change a first-year comparison materially.
