Is BrightGauge being discontinued?

ConnectWise hasn't announced an end-of-life date. It has been renamed Reports and Dashboards, moved behind ConnectWise SSO, its standalone support portal was deprecated in November 2025, and its features are being rebuilt inside the Asio platform — which is why many MSPs are evaluating alternatives now, ahead of a forced re-platform.
